Team GB Curling teams

Today I was at the Olympic photocall for the Team GB curling teams, which was held in Stirling.  Both teams are made up entirely of Scottish athletes, which is a fantastic achievement for Scottish sport.

The men’s team is skipped by David Murdoch, and when representing Scotland he led his team to gold at the 2009 World Championships in Moncton.

The women’s Team GB Curling team is skipped by current and three-times world junior champion, 19-year-old Eve Muirhead, the youngest ever Olympic skip.

Good luck to both teams and all Scottish athletes representing Team GB at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games
